We'll make sure your order arrives safely, but in the unlikely event it arrives damaged please contact us for a replacement on email@example.com
We work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner, so all prints and framed artworks (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral.
All papers and wood-based materials are sourced from Forestry Stewardship Council certified sustainable sources. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials.
We provide global shipping for all framed prints, unframed prints and original artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Print orders are dispatched within 3-5 days working days. Thereafter, they should arrive within 1 to 4 days to the UK or Europe, in 2 to 5 days to North America and 5 to 7 days for Australia/New Zealand. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Original Artworks are dispatched as soon as possible, generally within 1-3 days, but please allow 1-2 weeks as certificates are created after the order has been placed and the artist will package and ship your artwork herself. Original artwork will be posted using DHL including insurance cover.
You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch.
If you would like to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible and before your order has been dispatched. Once the order has been shipped it can not be retrieved or stopped and as they are limited editions and original items they can not be placed this means your order can not be refunded, unless you are able to return the item in perfect condition.
I am an independent artist and can not afford to replace these items myself, I do hope you can understand. Please double check your order before placing it and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like any assistance.
Returns on damaged or lost prints
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, we will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost.
In the event that we are unable to replace the edition, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged artwork and corresponding Certificate of Authenticity (where applicable).
We have duty free delivery to the US, UK and EU for limited edition prints.
Customers in other countries may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.
Originals are handled by the artist directly. They are beautifully wrapped and carefully packaged. They are shipped by courier and include standard courier insurance. Make sure to check the dimensions and information or contact us if you have any questions before purchasing original artwork as all original artwork sales are final once shipped as they are one of a kind. However, in the highly unlikely event that you would need to return the artwork, please contact us to discuss and perhaps we will be able to make arrangements. Standard courier cover is included but if you would like to be extra careful and insure your artwork after purchase before it is posted to you with a more comprehensive cover please contact us for an insurance valuation letter and any other documents you may require. If you have a courier preference please let us know. We use DHL for orders of £300 and upwards.
