ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
Each original is handled and packaged by the artist.
Your artwork will be carefully wrapped and prepared to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Shipping
Original artworks are usually dispatched within 1–3 days. Please allow up to 1–2 weeks for dispatch, as certificates of authenticity are created after purchase and each piece is personally packaged by the artist.
All original artworks are shipped via DHL with insurance and tracking.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, all sales are final once shipped.
If you have any questions about a piece, please get in touch before purchasing and we will be happy to assist.
In the unlikely event that an issue arises, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
PRINTS
Environmental Responsibility
We work with a fully carbon-neutral printing partner.
All prints and framed artworks, including their delivery, are certified carbon neutral.
Paper and wood-based materials are sourced from FSC-certified sustainable sources. Packaging is carefully selected to minimise environmental impact while ensuring your artwork arrives safely. Materials are recycled, recyclable, or biodegradable wherever possible.
Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping for prints and framed artworks.
Print orders are dispatched within 3–6 working days.
Estimated delivery times:
• UK & Europe: 1–4 days
• North America: 2–5 days
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–7 days
• Other locations: up to 2 weeks
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. As these are limited edition or original items, we are unable to guarantee replacement, and refunds are only possible once the item has been returned in perfect condition.
Damaged or Lost Prints
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement where possible.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued once the artwork (and certificate of authenticity, where applicable) has been returned.
Customs
We offer duty-free delivery for limited edition prints to the UK, US, and EU.
For other destinations, and for original artworks, customs fees may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.
