ETEN ZA/NL - A 272 page book

Salma Price-Nell was one of the 6 Photographers who collaborated in the creation of ETEN ZA/NL; a book about the strong cullinary influence that the Netherlands has had on South African cuisine. Created in the style of a cookbook, including recipes in both Dutch and Afrikaans, and photographed as a documentary story: Eten ZA/NL had become critically acclaimed in many reviews for the merger of these facets.
