Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us!

We'll make sure your order arrives safely, but in the event it arrives damaged please contact us for a replacement.


Please email customer service at to notify us about your damaged order and please attach photos of the damage so that we may assess how it occurred.

Once we have assessed that the damage has occurred either from packaging or delivery, we will then post you a replacement at no extra charge.


If you would like a refund after you have received your order, please let us know why so that we may be able to amend anything that is not to your satisfaction. If, for some reason, there is no other option but to refund, after we have emailed you confirmation please carefully package and return your order. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges and the item must be returned in perfect condition to be eligible for a full refund. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.


We take 1-3 days to dispatch orders. Please contact us before you receive a dispatch notice if you wish to cancel your order. Once your order has been posted it can not be cancelled and will have to follow the refund procedure.


All original artwork sales are final. Please make sure to check the dimensions or contact us if you have any questions before purchasing artwork. That being said, if there is any reason why you would need to return the artwork please contact us to discuss and perhaps something can be arranged. Courier cover is included but if you'd like to insure your artwork after purchase before it is posted with a more comprehensive cover please contact us for an insurance valuation letter and any other documents you may require. If you have a courier preference please let us know.
