REFUND POLICY

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us!

We'll make sure your order arrives safely, but in the event it arrives damaged please contact us for a replacement.

 

Please email customer service at info@thesalsacreative.com to notify us about your damaged order and please attach photos of the damage so that we may assess how it occured.

Once we have assessed that the damage has occurred either from packaging or delivery, we will then post you a replacement at no extra charge.

REFUNDS

 

If you would like a refund after you have received your order, please let us know why so that we may be able to amend anything that is not to your satisfaction. If, for some reason, there is no other option but to refund, after we have emailed you confirmation please carefully package and return your order. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.

CANCELLATION

We take 1-3 days to dispatch orders. Please contact us before you receive a dispatch notice if you wish to cancel your order.
