"DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?"
Yes I ship anywhere in the world.
"ARE THERE ANY REGIONS THAT COULD HAVE DELIVERY ISSUES?"
I regularly post to the UK, EU and USA. Delivery to these areas are normally quite efficient and reliable. Orders to Dubai need to supply a PO BOX code for your local post office as the system works on a collection bases. I will follow up with the customer if no code has been provided. Successful deliveries were also made to Australia and Indonesia. If you are in a country with an unreliable postal service please contact me before ordering so that we can look into courier services that operate in your country, work out pricing, etc. so that your order will arrive with you safely.
"WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?"
I make signed prints to order and they are dispatched and posted 2-7 business days after the order has been placed.
(But I normally aim to post orders every 3 days).
“DO YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL/CREDIT CARD?”
Yes, I do accept Paypal and credit cards.
"HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?"
Signed prints are posted from the UK using the Royal Mail postal service. After your order has been dispatched, if you are in the UK it will take 2-5 working days. USA 5-10 working days. EU 3-7 working days. Rest of world 5-14 working days. Contact to arrange express delivery.
Original artwork will be shipped using a courier and posting times will vary according to the artwork.
"WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?"
Every precaution is taken to package your order very carefully and securely so that it will arrive undamaged. However, if your order arrives damaged simply email photos of the damage to email@example.com and a replacement will be sent to you at no extra charge for art prints.
"WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE?"
All international orders are posted with tracking and insurance. If the delivery service loses your mail a replacement will be sent to you at no extra charge. If the postal service in your country is not reliable, please get in touch to arrange a courier as we can not be held responsible for errors caused by the delivery company.
"I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?"
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses, as an independent artist I can't afford to do so. Please check your address when placing your order (you can double check your address on your order confirmation). If you realise that you've entered the wrong address, please email us ASAP before your order has been dispatched and we will change your address. If your order gets returned to me and you would like it reposted please email firstname.lastname@example.org and I will inform you of shipping costs and rearrange delivery.
